We haven't tried this cart in awhile, man I forgot what we were missing! Their entire menu is absolutely delicious, fresh, and well prepared. But, if you only want a couple things go for the friend shrimp, fish, or crab tacos. Incredible batter but somehow so light with extremely high quality seafood. Delicious garnish with mangos which I love, and their hot sauces are killer. All their other proteins are great too, again anything you order is going to be excellent.

As a big street taco enthusiast, I really enjoyed these tacos. They offered a lot of flavors, though they were a little pricey. A friend got a different type of taco that was quite greasy, but she thoroughly enjoyed it. The chips and cheese on the side were absolutely amazing.

I had heard amazing things about the Happy Valley Food Carts but had never tried it... needless to say we will most definitely be going back!! Fuego All Day was awesome. We were kindly greeted at the truck and our order was taken and VERY quickly we were buzzed back to the truck as our food was ready! It was our first time trying Birria tacos... what a nice experience. The crisp of the shell was a great pair for the consomme! The meat was juicy and packed with flavor! The only thing missing was more napkins! Their hot sauces were also delicious. If the tacos weren't enough, we also tried their crispy fried crab taco which was equally delicious. Food was awesome and service was great. Looking forward to trying out other menu items upon our next visit!

Stopped in on Saturday night, tinga tacos and elotes were so good we had to come back tonight lol. Birria tacos, tinga tacos, and the gordita were amazing. Highly recommend! Thank you for making great food.

I don't think I've ever had better elote in the US. The fish tacos are on point. Their pozole is probably also the best I've ever had in the US. I can't do gluten and they're good about helping me pick safe items (avoid fried items)

If you truly eat with your eyes first, then the cuisine from Fuego All Day is a feast to behold. The food was well presented and it was delicious. We were delighted with the selection and the variety was interesting and tasty!! We will be visiting again very soon. The shrimp tacos were my favorite.

The food is the best in the area. Lots of flavor, good portions, and they make it look pretty. I will eat Fuego ALL DAY! They always give me something extra. The staff is so friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are in the area. Get the Fuego bowl. Do it.

The flavor profile of the crab taco is incredible! It is seriously packed with amazing flavors and textures! $8 for a single taco is expensive but this taco had so much on it that it was like eating two tacos so definitely worth it. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
